Holiday Sugar Cookies

Ingredients:
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (350 degrees Fahrenheit for a dark or nonstick cookie sheet).
- Using a pastry blender, combine cookie mix, flour, softened butter and egg in a medium bowl and stir until soft dough forms, refrigerate dough for 30 minutes.
- Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough on a flat surface covered with flour. Sprinkle a light dusting of flour on top of the dough as well for easy rolling. Dough should be 1/8 inch in thickness after being rolled.

- Using 3” Wilton Holiday Cookie Cutters, cut the desired shapes. Place 1 inch apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Helpful Hint: Cover the cookie sheet with Parchment Paper to avoid sticking and easy removal from the cookie sheet to the cooling racks.

- Bake cookies for 5-7 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool one minute before removing from the cookie sheet. Let cool on a wire cooling rack.
- Decorate cookies using Wilton Cookie Icings.
