Holiday Chocolate Croissants

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Unfold 1 pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.  Roll the pastry sheet so that it is ¼ inch in thickness.
  3. Using 3-4 inch holiday cookie cutters cut shapes out of the puff pastry.
  4. Beat the egg in a small bowl. Using a brush lightly coat the shapes with the egg wash.
  5. Place on baking sheets and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.  Remove the pastries from the baking sheets and let cool on wire racks.
  6. Once cooled, melt the Wilton Chocolate Melts in the microwave for 1-2 minutes or until smooth, stir occasionally.
  7. Using a fork, drizzle the Wilton Chocolate Candy Melts onto the puff pastry.
