One-Pot Meal: Twice Drunk Chili

TwiceDrunkenChili

With Super Bowl Sunday on its way, a one-pot meal is ideal to get you out of the kitchen and back in the game. When game-day rolls around, the last thing you’ll want to do is spend all your time slaving over a meal, while family and friends huddle around the TV enjoying the game.

One of my signature one-pot meals is Twice Drunk Chili – a game-day favorite of my family.  Made with Mexican ale and a dash (…or ten) of my secret ingredient Thai Chili-Infused Tequila, you know where it gets its colorful name!  There is a little prep time needed outside of tenderizing the beef in a beer marinade and chopping the vegetables.

If you’re looking for an easy meal that takes little to no effort, test out my Twice Drunken Chili. Your friends and family won’t be disappointed!
