At the Bar

One of my favorite tips for a Spring/Summer party is an MYO Bellini bar. A Classic Peach Bellini, traditionally made with Prosecco and peach nectar is the perfect springtime cocktail, but with a bellini bar, you can offer a variety of juices and garnishes so guests can try different combinations and make their drink just the way they like it.

You can either make your own fruit purees or offer an assortment of Stirring’s Cocktail Mixers so your guests can mix and match to their liking. Top with sparkling wine,  prosecco or Sparkling apple cider/grape juice for non-alcoholic/kid friendly versions.

I like to include fruit juices like:
Pomegranate
Blood Orange
Apple Crisp
Watermelon
Lemon Drop

  • Make Your Own Fruit Puree

Follow these easy steps to make your own white peach puree

    You’ll need:
1 pound of frozen white peaches or 4 fresh white peaches
    1/3 cup simple syrup
    1/3 cup water

Place the fruit in a blender or food processor. Add the water. Add the simple syrup. Blend until the mixture is super smooth. Taste the purée. If you need to, add a touch more simple syrup until the purée is properly sweet.

Use this puree to make a Classic Peach Bellini.
