The Indian Summer Cocktail is a blend of favorite Fall flavors of Apple Cider, Vanilla & Cinnamon with the Summery effervesces of sparkling wine.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces spiced rum
  • 2 ounces fresh apple cider
  • 1 ounce of cinnamon-vanilla simple syrup
  • 3 ounces dry sparkling wine
  • cinnamon stick for garnish

Tools & Materials

8 oz. tumbler, (pictured: Simon Pearce Woodstock small tumbler)

Directions

  • Combine rum, cider and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.

  • Pour into a tumbler and top with sparking wine.  Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
