Marshmellow fondue is a wonderful compliment to chocolate fondue and when served with graham crackers you’ll have all the ingredients to make the perfect S’more anytime and anywhere (no campfire needed)! Simply melt the marshmallows with sweetened condensed milk to keep the melted marshmallows smooth and supple and keep warm while serving.  In lieu of a fondue pan, place a baking dish on a cooking grate over a Sterno fuel can  for a fun campground-like presentation.

Ingredients

For fondue:

  • 3 cups mini marshmallows
  • 3 ounces tablespoons sweetened condensed milk

For dipping:

  • Graham crackers sticks
  • Mini plain cake donut or donut holes
  • Assorted cookies (vanilla wafers, ginger snaps)

Tools & Materials

  • small saucepan
  • Fondue Pot or small crockpot

Directions

  • In a small saucepan heat marshmallows and condensed milk over low heat, stirring constantly until well combined. Keep warm until served in Fondue Pot or crockpot on low.
