1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. In a small mixing bowl, stir together 1 cup of the chopped pecans, molasses, and pineapple juice.
3. Place the ham with the flat side down in pan with 1 cup of water. Brush or rub ½ of the molasses mixture all over the outside of the ham.
4. Cover pan tightly with aluminum foil or lid and bake for 18 minutes per pound to an internal temperature of 148°F
5. Let ham stand 10 minutes.
6. Brush with the remaining molasses mixture and sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of pecans before carving.
7. Serve with dinner rolls and a variety of condiments; rosemary mayo, whole mustard, honey butter.
