Dallas Buyers Club is a biographical drama about Ron Woodroof, an electrician and cowboy from Dallas, who contracts AIDS. He works around the system to smuggle AIDS medication and for himself and distributes them to other patients. The buck shot is a drink popular with rodeo rider. It packs a spicy pepper punch like many of the high-octane characters in the film. Jalapeño infused southern whiskey with a black pepper rim ignites the drink like gun powder.

 

Ingredients

2 oz Southern Whiskey
Jalapeño slices (fresh)
Fresh ground pepper
Budweiser

Directions

• 1. Rim a shot glass with a generous amount of fresh ground pepper.

  2. Muddle jalapeño with whiskey in a shaker.

  3. Strain the whiskey into the rimmed  shot glass.

  4. Fill a glass with Budweiser.
