To create the picnic feel on a tabletop, covered the table in living wheat grass and adorn with little flowering plants. In this lovely lush green grass place a picnic basket tilted with toast triangles and bread squares, Simply choose your bread; white, rye, pumpernickel or mix them up, build them up adding layer by layer and finish with a skewer of cocktail pickles, olives or cherry tomatoes.

Keep it simple with drinks to go!  Repackaged beverages nestled neatly in a tin tub bucket for grab-and-go drinks, while utensils and napkins are tucked into handy caddies to place directly on the dining table.

Deconstructed Sandwiches

  Chicken Club Spread

  Chicken, bacon, tomatoes, onions, lettuce creamed together with mayo in one delicious spread. Garnished with a skewer of a gherkin and mesclun greens.

  BLT Sandwich Spread

  3 Layers of bacon, sun dried tomato & green pesto. Garnish with a skewer of a grape tomatoes and baby bib lettuce.

  Veggie and Cheese Spread

  a blend of shredded carrots, green olives, walnuts with goat cheese and a touch of Moroccan seasoning. Garnished with a skewer of a green olive and baby arugula.
