1 oz. Scotch whiskey (Churchill preferred Johnnie Walker)
1/2 oz. lime juice
1/2 oz. sweet vermouth
1/2 oz. Cointreau
2 oz. champagne
Lemon peel for garnish
8 oz. Vintage English Champagne Coupe Glass
Shake ingredients together with ice, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass or coupe.
Top with chilled champagne and garnish with the lemon peel.
