The Indian Summer Cocktail is a blend of favorite Fall flavors of Apple Cider, Vanilla & Cinnamon with the Summery effervesces of sparkling wine.
8 oz. tumbler, (pictured: Simon Pearce Woodstock small tumbler)
Combine rum, cider and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.
Pour into a tumbler and top with sparking wine. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
