Ingredients
- one 16-oz. loaf of firm white, wheat or pumpernickel thinly sliced sandwich bread (approx. 15 slices)

Removed crusts from each slice to form a square then cut diagonally into 2 triangles.

Toast triangles on a baking rack until slightly toasted on the outside and soft on the inside, 3 to 4 minutes.
